The process
Start with an assessment
How our battery repair service works
Four stages, in order. Nothing gets opened before it's been measured, and nothing goes home before it's been tested.

Initial assessment
Bring in your battery, or contact us with photos and details. We'll tell you straight away whether it's worth booking in.

Diagnostic testing
We inspect the cells, BMS, wiring and overall battery health — voltage, balance, internal resistance and charge behaviour.

Repair where suitable
We repair the identified fault where possible, including BMS replacement when necessary, compatible and suitable for the battery. We do not replace individual cells, build new packs or offer full battery pack rebuilds.

Final safety testing
Batteries are tested for performance, voltage stability and safety before they leave the bench — every time, no exceptions.

If a replacement battery has to be ordered from the supplier, allow 2–3 weeks depending on availability.
A note on safety
Do not use or charge a battery that is swollen, damaged, unusually hot or giving off an unusual smell. Do not open it or bring it to the shop without contacting us first. If there is smoke, fire or an immediate hazard, move away and call emergency services. Contact your municipality for damaged-battery disposal instructions.
