Four stages, in order. Nothing gets opened before it's been measured, and nothing goes home before it's been tested.

Initial assessment
Bring in your battery, or contact us with photos and details. We'll tell you straight away whether it's worth booking in.

Diagnostic testing
We inspect the cells, BMS, wiring and overall battery health — voltage, balance, internal resistance and charge behaviour.

Refurbishment & balancing
Faulty cells and components are repaired or replaced where possible, and the pack is rebalanced to bring the group back into line.

Final safety testing
Batteries are tested for performance, voltage stability and safety before they leave the bench — every time, no exceptions.

A note on safety
Please don't keep charging a pack that gets hot, swells, smells, or has been in a crash — and don't open it yourself. Bring it in (or call first and we'll tell you how to transport it). If refurbishing isn't possible, we'll explain exactly why and help you dispose of the old pack responsibly.

We refurbish lithium-ion battery packs used in electric scooters and electric bikes. That includes batteries from popular brands and custom-built packs, depending on condition and compatibility.
Yes — safety is our top priority. Every battery goes through diagnostic testing, controlled refurbishment, and final safety checks before it is returned to the customer.
Refurbishing may not be possible if the battery casing is severely damaged, there is internal thermal damage, or the pack poses a safety risk. In those cases we'll clearly explain your options rather than take the job on anyway.
Most battery refurbishing takes 3–7 business days if we can repair it in-store. If a replacement battery needs to be ordered from the supplier, it typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on availability.
Pricing depends on battery size, condition and the repairs required. After inspection we provide a transparent quote before any work begins — and if replacement is the better value, we'll say so.
Yes. All refurbished batteries come with a limited 12-month service warranty covering workmanship and replaced components. Full details are provided on completion.
