Any climbing claim assumes a rider putting in their share. A throttle-only ascent drains the pack far faster than the range figure suggests.

Every figure below is labelled with where it comes from, so a manufacturer’s claim never reads as a measurement.

128.7 km is the manufacturer's figure, measured on flat ground, in warm weather, with a light rider holding a steady low speed. Vancouver hills, winter temperatures and stop-start traffic all cost you range. We have not yet run our own road test on this one; when we do, the tested figure goes in the spec table beside the claim.
BC requires a standard e-bike to stop from 32 km/h within 9 m on clean, level pavement. That is a dry-surface test — assume noticeably longer in Vancouver rain, and leave the gap to prove it.
Height charts assume average proportions. Two riders at the same height with different inseams will want different setups, so treat any published range as a starting point and expect to move the saddle and bars.
Pedal-assist levels are a controller setting, not a measurement. What one brand tunes into its middle level another spreads across two, so treat the count as a range of options rather than as a spec you can compare across bikes.
The Himiway D5 Zebra Electric Bike is a rugged fat-tire e-bike built for riders who want extended range, strong motor assistance, and stable handling across pavement, gravel, dirt, and other mixed surfaces.
The current D5 Zebra uses a 750W geared rear hub motor, providing strong support for hills, starts, and heavier loads. Himiway pairs the motor with a torque-sensor pedal assist system, allowing motor support to respond more naturally to rider input.
A removable 48V 20Ah Samsung/LG lithium-ion battery provides approximately 960Wh of capacity.
Himiway lists a maximum pedal-assist range of up to 80 miles (129 km) and up to approximately 60 miles (97 km) when relying more heavily on electric power. Actual range varies with terrain, assist level, rider weight, temperature, tire pressure, and riding style.
The D5 Zebra rides on 26" × 4" Kenda fat tires with K-Shield puncture protection, providing added traction and stability on loose gravel, rough pavement, dirt, and changing weather conditions.
Hydraulic disc brakes provide controlled braking performance, while the front suspension helps reduce vibration and impacts from rougher surfaces.
Himiway uses a reinforced 6061 aluminum frame with an integrated removable battery design. The bike is rated for a maximum payload of up to 400 lb, making it suitable for larger riders and riders carrying additional gear.
Other practical features include a thumb throttle, LCD display with USB charging, integrated headlight, brake-activated taillight, rear rack, and full fenders.
For riders searching for a Himiway D5 Zebra Electric Bike in Vancouver, the D5 offers a useful combination of long-range battery capacity, fat-tire traction, hydraulic braking, and high payload capability for commuting and recreational riding.

I drove all the way from Seattle to bring my daughter's scooter to ProMechBC and I could not be more pleased with both the repairs and the customer service. I will definitely be bringing the scooter North of the border when it needs some love.
Recently had an accident with my Apollo Go — luckily nothing major was damaged, but it still needed some repair and replacement parts. Service was great, and I got my scooter back within a week. :D
The service was incredibly fast, professional and efficient — they fixed my scooter wheel quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Honest, reliable, professional and fast.
