Any climbing claim assumes a rider putting in their share. A throttle-only ascent drains the pack far faster than the range figure suggests.

Every figure below is labelled with where it comes from, so a manufacturer’s claim never reads as a measurement.

Up to 48 km is the manufacturer's figure, measured on flat ground, in warm weather, with a light rider holding a steady low speed. Vancouver hills, winter temperatures and stop-start traffic all cost you range. We have not yet run our own road test on this one; when we do, the tested figure goes in the spec table beside the claim.
BC requires a standard e-bike to stop from 32 km/h within 9 m on clean, level pavement. That is a dry-surface test — assume noticeably longer in Vancouver rain, and leave the gap to prove it.
Height charts assume average proportions. Two riders at the same height with different inseams will want different setups, so treat any published range as a starting point and expect to move the saddle and bars.
Pedal-assist levels are a controller setting, not a measurement. What one brand tunes into its middle level another spreads across two, so treat the count as a range of options rather than as a spec you can compare across bikes.
The Monday Presidio Electric Bike combines classic moped-inspired styling with the practical features of an urban electric bike. Its step-through aluminum frame, extended saddle, fat tires, and relaxed riding position make it well suited to commuting, neighbourhood rides, and comfortable weekend cruising.
The Presidio configuration offered by ProMechBC uses a 500W internally geared brushless DC hub motor with three selectable riding modes.
A removable 48V 11.6Ah lithium-ion battery can be charged either on or off the bike. Monday Motorbikes lists a maximum range of up to 30 miles (48 km) for the 500W Presidio, with a typical charging time of approximately 4–5 hours.
Actual range will vary based on rider weight, terrain, speed, assist level, temperature, and riding conditions.
Unlike many city-focused e-bikes, the Presidio combines front and rear suspension for additional comfort over rough pavement and uneven surfaces.
Its 20" × 4" CST fat tires add cushioning, traction, and stability, while the compact wheel size helps preserve the bike’s distinctive low-slung moped profile.
The Presidio is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes, providing controlled braking performance for everyday urban riding.
A half-twist throttle works alongside three levels of pedal assist, allowing riders to choose how much electric support they want. The high-visibility LCD display provides useful ride information including speed, battery status, trip distance, odometer, and assist level.
An extended 23-inch saddle, ergonomic low-rise handlebars, integrated headlight and taillight, and rust-resistant aluminum-alloy frame give the Presidio a practical yet distinctive character.
For riders searching for a Monday Presidio Electric Bike in Vancouver, it offers a comfortable mix of fat-tire stability, full suspension, removable battery convenience, and classic moped-inspired design.

I drove all the way from Seattle to bring my daughter's scooter to ProMechBC and I could not be more pleased with both the repairs and the customer service. I will definitely be bringing the scooter North of the border when it needs some love.
Recently had an accident with my Apollo Go — luckily nothing major was damaged, but it still needed some repair and replacement parts. Service was great, and I got my scooter back within a week. :D
The service was incredibly fast, professional and efficient — they fixed my scooter wheel quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Honest, reliable, professional and fast.
