Speed and incline figures are manufacturer ratings. Rider weight, battery level, temperature, traction, and the length of a climb can reduce real-world performance.

Every figure below is labelled with where it comes from, so a manufacturer’s claim never reads as a measurement.
Speed and incline figures are manufacturer ratings. Rider weight, battery level, temperature, traction, and the length of a climb can reduce real-world performance.
The 70 km figure is a controlled manufacturer test at 15 km/h. Vancouver hills, cold temperatures, stop-start traffic, and higher speeds reduce real-world range.
TCS and suspension improve control but do not replace conservative speed, correct tire pressure, or extra braking distance on wet and contaminated surfaces.
Water-resistance ratings are laboratory tests. They do not cover immersion, deep puddles, pressure washing, or long-term water exposure.
A folding stem reduces storage size, not lifting weight. Check the latch regularly for play and confirm the scooter fits your stairs, vehicle, and storage space.
The NAVEE G5 Max is the long-range model in the G5 commuter family, combining a 500W rated motor, up to 1,000W maximum power, and a 46.8V 477.36Wh battery. NAVEE lists a US top speed of up to 32 km/h, a 24% maximum incline, and up to approximately 70 km of range at a 15 km/h test speed.
Real-world range will be lower when riding faster, climbing hills, carrying more weight, accelerating frequently, or travelling in cold and windy conditions. Dual suspension—a front fork spring and rear Damping Arm—works with 10-inch tubeless tires to reduce impacts from road joints and broken pavement.
Compared with the G5 Pro, the G5 Max adds a larger battery, higher maximum motor output, greater claimed range, and stronger listed incline capability. It is the better fit for longer routes and hillier commutes; the Pro may suit riders who prioritize a lower overall weight.
A front drum brake and rear EABS provide controlled, relatively low-maintenance stopping. Traction Control System support helps on lower-grip surfaces. The 4-inch suspended display, NAVEE app, Bluetooth proximity unlock, and Apple Find My support add useful daily security and ride controls. Approximate product weight is 22.6 kg.

One number would be easier to print and harder to trust. Here is the manufacturer's figure for each riding mode.

I drove all the way from Seattle to bring my daughter's scooter to ProMechBC and I could not be more pleased with both the repairs and the customer service. I will definitely be bringing the scooter North of the border when it needs some love.
Recently had an accident with my Apollo Go — luckily nothing major was damaged, but it still needed some repair and replacement parts. Service was great, and I got my scooter back within a week. :D
The service was incredibly fast, professional and efficient — they fixed my scooter wheel quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Honest, reliable, professional and fast.
