Rize Bolt X Electric Bike

The Rize Bolt X is a folding step-through fat-tire e-bike for riders who need compact storage without dropping to a low-power commuter platform. The current Bolt X uses a 750W Bafang rear hub motor with 80 N·m of torque and a 48V 14Ah Samsung 21700 battery.

Standard and dual-battery range

The 672Wh standard battery is rated for up to 45 miles (72 km) of assisted riding. Rize’s optional dual-battery configuration increases total capacity to 48V 24Ah / 1152Wh and is rated for up to 80 miles (129 km) under favourable conditions.

Folding frame with 20 × 3.3-inch tires

20 × 3.3-inch Kenda K-Shield tires provide more volume than a conventional folding commuter tire. The Bolt X also includes front suspension with adjustable lockout, dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm rotors, Shimano 7-speed gearing and a thumb throttle. Rize lists 20 mph (32 km/h) as the default speed and up to 28 mph (45 km/h) when unlocked, where permitted.
