Peak output and top speed are manufacturer ratings. Rider weight, battery level, hills, wind, and temperature can reduce real-world performance.

A feature-level look at the Explore 2.0 motor, mode-based range, suspension, braking and everyday portability.
Peak output and top speed are manufacturer ratings. Rider weight, battery level, hills, wind, and temperature can reduce real-world performance.
The 60 km figure is a best-case manufacturer rating in Eco mode. Real-world range is lower when speed, hills, cold, wind, and repeated acceleration increase.
Self-healing tires do not prevent every flat, and regenerative braking does not replace the front drum brake. Maintain tire pressure and inspect braking components regularly.
IP66 is a controlled-test rating, not a waterproof guarantee. It does not cover immersion, deep puddles, pressure washing, or long-term water damage.
A folding stem reduces storage size, not lifting weight. Confirm that 27.2 kg is practical for your stairs, vehicle, and storage routine.
The Apollo Explore 2.0 is built for riders who want more power and suspension travel than a basic commuter without the weight and complexity of a large dual-motor scooter. Its single motor delivers up to 1650W peak power, paired with a 48V 13.5Ah battery and a manufacturer-rated range of up to 60 km in Eco mode.
Triple-spring suspension and 10-inch PunctureGuard self-healing tubeless tires help manage rough pavement, while a front drum brake and Apollo Power RBS regenerative braking keep routine maintenance relatively simple. Browse the full Apollo scooter collection or compare the Explore with the dual-motor Apollo City and flagship Apollo Phantom Stellar.
The DOT display, integrated lighting, IP66 water resistance and Apollo App support make the Explore 2.0 a connected everyday scooter. Its wide deck and 60 lb weight give it a more planted feel than many lightweight commuters, though it is not intended for frequent stair carrying.
Choose the Explore 2.0 for urban commuting, longer paved routes and riders who value smooth single-motor power. Riders who need maximum hill performance or very high speed should compare Apollo's dual-motor models instead.

I drove all the way from Seattle to bring my daughter's scooter to ProMechBC and I could not be more pleased with both the repairs and the customer service. I will definitely be bringing the scooter North of the border when it needs some love.
Recently had an accident with my Apollo Go — luckily nothing major was damaged, but it still needed some repair and replacement parts. Service was great, and I got my scooter back within a week. :D
The service was incredibly fast, professional and efficient — they fixed my scooter wheel quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Honest, reliable, professional and fast.
