Any climbing claim assumes a rider putting in their share. A throttle-only ascent drains the pack far faster than the range figure suggests.

Every figure below is labelled with where it comes from, so a manufacturer’s claim never reads as a measurement.

Lithium packs lose capacity with age and with cold. A two-year-old battery in February will not do what a new one did in July, and no range figure on any page accounts for that.
Mechanical discs need the cable adjusting as the pads wear. It is a two-minute job and the difference between a good lever and a vague one, so do not put it off.
Height charts assume average proportions. Two riders at the same height with different inseams will want different setups, so treat any published range as a starting point and expect to move the saddle and bars.
Pedal-assist levels are a controller setting, not a measurement. What one brand tunes into its middle level another spreads across two, so treat the count as a range of options rather than as a spec you can compare across bikes.
The Thunder Step-Thru Electric Bike is designed for riders who want easy access, dependable electric assistance, and a comfortable upright riding position for everyday city use.
A 500W Bafang rear hub motor delivers up to 80 N·m of torque, providing smooth support for starts, hills, and daily commuting. Samsung 48V battery options provide extended riding range, with the larger 48V 20Ah battery rated for up to 125 km under suitable conditions.
The low step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting easier, making the Thunder a practical option for commuters, casual riders, and anyone who prioritizes comfort and accessibility.
At approximately 58 lb, the bike is substantial enough to feel stable while remaining manageable for everyday urban use.
A MOZO adjustable front suspension fork with lockout helps absorb bumps and rough pavement, while 26" × 1.95" Kenda tires provide efficient rolling and predictable handling for city streets and paved paths.
Front and rear Tektro mechanical disc brakes with 180 mm rotors provide straightforward stopping control for everyday riding.
The Thunder Step-Thru uses a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain together with pedal assist and a thumb throttle, giving riders flexibility for hills, starts, and longer routes.
A rear rack, full fenders, front and rear lighting, kickstand, and bell make it ready for commuting and errands straight from the shop.

I drove all the way from Seattle to bring my daughter's scooter to ProMechBC and I could not be more pleased with both the repairs and the customer service. I will definitely be bringing the scooter North of the border when it needs some love.
Recently had an accident with my Apollo Go — luckily nothing major was damaged, but it still needed some repair and replacement parts. Service was great, and I got my scooter back within a week. :D
The service was incredibly fast, professional and efficient — they fixed my scooter wheel quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Honest, reliable, professional and fast.
