Range depends on motor version, speed, hills, rider load, temperature and assist use.
Brake condition, tire pressure and wet surfaces can materially affect stopping distance.
Folding reduces size, not lifting weight; test the carry if stairs are part of daily use.
Assist sensor type differs by motor configuration. Confirm the selected Ranger S variant before ordering.
The Heybike Ranger S is a step-through folding fat-tire e-bike offered in two distinct power configurations. The 750W version uses a 1400W peak rear hub motor with 80 N·m of torque and a manufacturer-rated top speed of up to 28 mph. The 1000W version increases peak output to 1800W, torque to 100 N·m and top speed to up to 32 mph.
Both configurations use 20 × 4-inch fat tires, hydraulic brakes, a folding frame and are rated by Heybike for up to 55 miles of range. That combination makes the Ranger S appealing to riders who want compact storage, a low step-through frame and more traction than a conventional commuter e-bike.
The 750W model is the more moderate choice for everyday riding, while the 1000W model targets riders who specifically want stronger acceleration and higher performance. Because speed and motor output differ by configuration, select the variant based on the actual performance level you need rather than treating every Ranger S as a 32 mph bike.
For a full-suspension folding fat-tire platform, compare the Heybike Mars 3.0. Riders who prefer a significantly lighter, conventional-wheel commuter should look at the Heybike Venus. You can also browse the full Heybike collection.
Heybike lists a recommended rider height of approximately 4'11"–6'3", a bike weight of about 72 lb and a maximum combined load of 400 lb. It is best for riders who want step-through access and folding storage but do not need a lightweight bike for frequent lifting.

I drove all the way from Seattle to bring my daughter's scooter to ProMechBC and I could not be more pleased with both the repairs and the customer service. I will definitely be bringing the scooter North of the border when it needs some love.
Recently had an accident with my Apollo Go — luckily nothing major was damaged, but it still needed some repair and replacement parts. Service was great, and I got my scooter back within a week. :D
The service was incredibly fast, professional and efficient — they fixed my scooter wheel quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Honest, reliable, professional and fast.
